CANCELLATION POLICY

BOOKING & DEPOSITS • A non-refundable $30 deposit is required to secure your appointment. LATE POLICY • Client Late: We offer a 15-minute grace period. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be automatically cancelled, and you will forfeit your deposit. • Artist Late: I value your time as much as you value mine. If I am running more than 15 minutes late for your start time, a $30 discount will be applied to your service as a courtesy. RESCHEDULING • 48-Hour Notice: Rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours before your appointment through the confirmation email. After 48 hrs, a $30 last minutes rescheduling fee will be applied. •You're welcome to reschedule your appointment ONE time; however, additional changes will forfeit your deposit and require a new booking.
