Cancellation Policy

BOOKING & RESERVATION FEE  A $50 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all appointments.  This fee reserves your time slot and goes directly toward your total service balance on the day of your appointment. LATE POLICY  Client Late: We offer a 15-minute grace period. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in an automatic cancellation and forfeiture of your $50 booking fee or a charge of 50% of the total service cost, whichever is greater.  Artist Late: I value your time as much as you value mine. If I am running more than 15 minutes late for your start time, a $50 discount will be applied to your service as a courtesy. RESCHEDULING, CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS  48+ Hours Notice: You may reschedule or cancel your appointment through your confirmation email at least 48 hours prior to your start time. Your $50 booking fee can be transferred to a new date ONE time with proper notice.  24–48 Hours Notice: Rescheduling or cancelling between 24 and 48 hours before your appointment will result in an additional $30 late change fee.  Under 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your booking fee or a charge of 50% of the total service cost, whichever is greater.  No Call / No Show: Failing to show up for your appointment without notice will result in a charge equaling 90% of the total scheduled service cost to the card on file. WAIVER & POLICY AGREEMENT  Digital Waiver: All clients are required to sign the online Digital Service Waiver prior to their appointment. Services will not be rendered without a completed waiver on file.  Terms Consent: By booking an appointment and providing a card on file, you consent to these terms and authorize Magique Beauty to charge any applicable late, cancellation, or no-show fees. All booking fees are strictly non-refundable.
